Veterinary Partner Support Coordinator (French Bilingual)

About the role

Trupanion is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Partner Support Coordinator who is fluent in English and French. You will provide real‑time, multi‑channel assistance to our veterinary hospitals, breeders, shelters, field sales representatives, and other partner programs, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver phone, email, and chat support to partners in a high‑volume queue environment.
• Troubleshoot technical and process‑related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide accurate information on Trupanion products, coverage, policies, claims, and partner programs.
• Research and resolve complex partner inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth partner interactions.
• Consistently meet productivity, quality, and customer‑satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
