Veteran Outreach Manager

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Veteran Outreach Manager to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role will be based in either Mobile, Alabama or Kinston, North Carolina and focuses on building sustainable pipelines of transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to source and recruit veterans, service members and military spouses.
• Serve as primary liaison with Department of Defense SkillBridge programs and other military transition initiatives.
• Coordinate participation in military job fairs, career events and on‑base recruitment activities.
• Represent Airbus at selected military base offices to facilitate civilian employment transitions.
• Build and maintain partnerships with military installations, veteran organizations and community groups.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of military culture, transition processes and veteran employment challenges.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with military and veteran stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a large organization.
