Vertical Account Manager – Life Insurance

About the role

The Vertical Account Manager – Life Insurance will drive sales of LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ data and analytics products to life insurance carriers across the United States. Working remotely, you will partner with carriers to understand their risk‑management needs and deliver comprehensive, SaaS‑based solutions that enhance underwriting, pricing and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for the life‑insurance vertical.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans, identifying new revenue opportunities and protecting existing base revenue.
• Collaborate with sales support, implementation managers and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain customer road‑maps and retention actions to ensure ongoing revenue.
• Conduct gap‑analysis to uncover incremental opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of selling data‑driven or SaaS solutions.
• Strong project‑management and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to travel up to 30 % of the time.
