Venture Capital Associate – Tech Focus

About the role
The firm is a leading growth‑stage investment company managing over $1 billion in assets. It seeks a Venture Capital Associate to join its New York office and support investments in high‑growth enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity and cloud technology companies.
Key responsibilities
- Support deal sourcing, screening and evaluation across technology sectors.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Conduct industry, market and company‑specific due diligence.
- Assist in transaction execution, including drafting investment memos and committee materials.
- Work with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of experience in investment banking (technology/software team), growth equity, venture capital, private equity or technology investing.
- Strong interest in enterprise software and technology investing.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, close‑knit, collaborative team environment.
