Vending Machine Associate – Part‑Time Retail Support

About the role

POP MART is looking for a motivated Vending Machine Associate to join its North American Retail Business team. You will manage the day‑to‑day operation of RoboShop vending machines, ensure they are stocked, clean, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RoboShop locations, including product restocking, sanitation, and handling customer complaints.
• Assist warehouse operations with inbound/outbound product flow, allocation, and inventory tracking.
• Support the development manager with leasing processes and maintain contract files for RoboShop sites.
• Provide on‑site assistance to store sales teams across the NYC area when needed.
• Perform any additional duties or projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of retail or related experience.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Driver’s license or personal vehicle is a plus; reliable transportation is required.
