Value Stream Manager I

About the role

Moog is seeking a Value Stream Manager I to lead the newly created Data Center Cooling Pump value stream. Based on-site in East Aurora, NY, you will report directly to the ICD Operations Director and play a key part in accelerating product platforms across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall Value Stream operations and the Value Stream Improvement Plan (VSIP).
• Provide customer support as needed and maintain high standards of safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and financial performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, team problem‑solving, and learning.
• Implement standard work and visual management systems to support the value stream.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coach associates, and deliver performance feedback.
• Plan capacity and resources to meet operational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to drive results, improve performance, and lead change.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external customers.
• Experience delivering effective feedback, coaching, and team development.
