Valuation Intern – Summer 2027 (Deals)

About the role

Join PwC’s Deals practice as a Valuation Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will support clients in making informed decisions on mergers, acquisitions and other transactions by delivering strategic valuation advice and comprehensive analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist valuation teams in conducting asset and business valuations for M&A deals.
• Participate in financial analysis and modeling to assess the value of financial instruments and businesses.
• Help prepare valuation reports and client presentations.
• Research market data and industry trends to support valuation assumptions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Utilize Alteryx for data analysis and process automation in valuation projects.
• Observe PwC’s valuation methodologies and contribute to model development.
• Support compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably studying Accounting, Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering or Data Analytics.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 (or equivalent).
• Available to work during the summer prior to graduation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Alteryx for data analysis and automation.
