Valet Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Valet Supervisor to lead our parking team at a busy Houston location. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support staff development while handling cash and vehicle management duties.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and lead valet staff, fostering teamwork and a customer‑focused environment.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and complete accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
• Reconcile daily cash reports, ticket logs, and identify discrepancies.
• Track field bank transactions, uniform issuance, and parking violations.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Ability to operate a manual (stick‑shift) transmission vehicle.
• Capable of standing, running, and lifting items up to 50 lb.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• One‑year related parking or customer‑service experience.
• Motivated, fast‑paced work style and problem‑solving attitude.
