Valet Attendant – Night Shift

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Valet Attendant to join its team at a high‑rise residential property in San Francisco. This entry‑level position works the graveyard shift, including weekends, and focuses on providing safe, courteous parking services for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles in accordance with traffic and safety regulations.
• Operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators, reporting any malfunctions immediately.
• Inspect each vehicle for existing damage, document findings, and report any new damage promptly.
• Assist with insurance claim processes related to vehicle damage caused during valet service.
• Greet residents and visitors, answer questions about valet services, and provide directions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and follow all property policies.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience in a related customer‑service or parking role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong attention to detail.
