UX/UI Designer

About the role

ComparePower is looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to create user‑centered experiences that turn visitors into customers. You will work across the full design lifecycle, from research and wireframes to visual design and developer handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user research and workflow data to identify friction points and design compelling experiences.
• Develop personas, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups in an agile environment.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterate on designs to improve conversion and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to prioritize tasks and deliver on roadmap goals.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX/UI projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or 3‑5 years equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of web information architecture, usability principles, and agile/scrum processes.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
