Utility Porter – Clubhouse

About the role

The Utility Porter supports the Clubhouse Residential Services Department at Summit Club, a Discovery Land Company property outside Las Vegas. You will ensure public and event spaces are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lift and move banquet furniture, equipment, and supplies (70‑100 lb) for set‑up and break‑down.
• Operate cleaning machinery such as auto scrubbers (ride‑on and walk‑behind), burnishers, and side‑by‑side equipment.
• Clean banquet, event, and public areas, including floors, carpets, surfaces, and high‑dusting of vents and decorations.
• Collect and transport used linens to designated pick‑up points.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and restocking of supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Collaborate on special projects related to event setups and clubhouse improvements.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests during events.
• Adhere to safety protocols while handling machinery and heavy objects.
