Utility Operator

About the role

Join Land O’Lakes’ Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team as a Utility Operator on the 2nd shift (2 pm‑10 pm). You will help transform raw ingredients into high‑quality animal nutrition products, operating machinery, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package finished products according to quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborate with leads and management to meet production targets.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in any industry; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills; able to read and follow instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lb and perform frequent movement.
