User Administration III – Full‑Time

About the role

The User Administration III role supports Prosperity Bank by creating, maintaining, and disabling application accounts across the organization. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will interact directly with users, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding, and account changes while adhering to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and dispatch User Administration tickets throughout the day.
• Monitor the User Administration inbox to guarantee timely handling of service requests.
• Complete onboarding, off‑boarding, and job‑function change requests within defined SLAs.
• Perform password resets and troubleshoot application issues as needed.
• Provide daily departmental support in line with IT standards.
• Train new team members and share knowledge with other IT groups.
• Deliver technical support via remote‑control tools or phone.
• Document new procedures and update knowledge articles.
• Identify and propose process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• College degree preferred; high‑school diploma required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor when dealing with users.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts is a plus.
