USCG Program/Management Analyst – Liaison Office Support

About the role

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Program/Management Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Liaison Office in Pensacola, FL. The analyst will oversee Coast Guard aviator production planning, manage training data, and act as a liaison between Coast Guard leadership and Navy/Air Force training commands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct liaison support for Coast Guard Aviation Production Planning across rotary and fixed‑wing programs.
• Perform statistical and operations‑research analysis to identify training delays, bottlenecks, and resource needs.
• Oversee aviation production databases such as NIPDR and TSHARP, collecting and reporting student performance data.
• Manage student control functions across NAS Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field and other sites, ensuring compliance with training directives.
• Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and counseling to Coast Guard student aviators.
• Maintain coordination with Naval Aviation Schools Command, Chief of Naval Air Training, Training Air Wings, and the U.S. Air Force 23d Flying Training Squadron.

Required profile

• Experience in program or management analysis within a military or government training environment.
• Familiarity with aviation training pipelines and student control processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and multiple service branches.
