USAT Institutional Associate

About the role

Tether is looking for a USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption and operational connectivity across core global corridors. Reporting to the Head of USAT Institutional, you will own high‑priority workflows, bridge regional expansion teams and manage strategic corridor partnerships from inception to production.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of regional expansion initiatives and cross‑border pilots.
• Onboard institutional partners and ensure seamless operational integration.
• Project‑manage strategic corridor partnerships from planning through launch.
• Maintain and improve operational workflows to support rapid capacity growth.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on fintech and digital‑asset execution standards.

Required profile

• Highly driven, organized and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, remote environments.
• Strong baseline knowledge of fintech and digital‑asset ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
