Urgent Care Veterinary Technician (Full-Time)

About the role

Join UrgentVet, a state‑of‑the‑art urgent care clinic that bridges daytime practice and emergency services for dogs and cats. As a Full‑Time Veterinary Technician you will deliver fast, compassionate care for common urgent cases while supporting a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on patient care including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia.
• Perform sample collection, patient restraint, phlebotomy, catheter placement, and drug calculations.
• Operate digital X‑ray, cloud‑based EMR, and IDEXX in‑house laboratory equipment.
• Assist with facility maintenance and client education.
• Travel for on‑site training and onboarding as needed.

Required profile

• Professional, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Energetic animal lover with strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and maintain regular on‑site presence.
