Upgrade Crew – Production Line Support

About the role
The Upgrade Crew member supports the cranberry production line by ensuring fruit quality, maintaining flow, and keeping the work area clean and safe. This role works closely with the Quality Coordinator, forklift drivers, and maintenance staff to keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor fruit quality and alert the Quality Coordinator or Team Lead of any foreign material or food safety issues.
- Operate a hydraulic lift to break multiple line drivers and operators.
- Remove excess fruit from the bottom of bins.
- Communicate with the forklift driver to ensure continuous flow of cranberries to the production line.
- Maintain a clean area across all manufacturing execution systems.
- Assist with bin breakdown when required.
- Follow SOP for Upgrade Clean and Relief, including daily and weekly line wash‑down, sanitation, and weekly ATP testing.
- Assist Maintenance as needed.
