Unreal Engine Rendering & Cinematics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Unreal Engine Rendering & Cinematics Specialist to create high-quality cinematic sequences and photorealistic still images for our architectural visualization projects. The role will be based in Sarasota, FL and will work closely with artists, technical producers and developers to deliver immersive digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create cinematic sequences and high-resolution renders using Unreal Engine’s Sequencer, Blueprints and Material Editor.
• Design and optimise both real-time and offline rendering pipelines, incorporating ray tracing, Lumen and advanced post-processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual output with project goals and technical constraints.
• Troubleshoot rendering and performance issues across PC, VR/AR and cloud platforms.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline rendering and cinematics workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Graphics, Animation, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience producing cinematic content and high-resolution renders in Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of camera animation, lighting and post-processing for video and still images.

Required skills

• Unreal Engine (Sequencer, Blueprints, Niagara, ray tracing, Lumen).
• Scripting with Python or C++ for pipeline automation.
• Version control systems such as Perforce or Git.
• Familiarity with 3ds Max or Revit for architectural data integration.
