University Relations Partner – Early Careers

About the role

The AMS Early Career team is looking for a strategic University Relations Partner to lead and support initiatives that build and strengthen TikTok’s university relationships across the Americas. You will shape recruiting strategies, create high‑value partnerships, and drive top‑of‑funnel talent acquisition for early‑career talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with university leaders, career centers, and student organizations to position TikTok as an employer of choice.
• Design and execute initiatives that expand the top‑of‑funnel talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of diverse, high‑potential students.
• Lead projects such as information sessions, career fairs, on‑campus events, and asset management, delivering on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, communicating TikTok’s brand, mission, and opportunities.
• Plan and deliver innovative engagement events that showcase TikTok’s culture and technology.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment program performance, providing data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and executing university‑focused programs or events, preferably in early‑career recruitment.
