Underwriting Analyst

About the role

Join Zurich Cover‑More’s Travel Guard team as an Underwriting Analyst, supporting the global travel insurance business with reporting, account management and policy administration.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain internal reports using Excel as required.
• Assist with month‑end tasks, verify numbers and review reports.
• Process off‑boarding account requests and handle contract renewals and policy exception requests.
• Update tracking logs and maintain account information in the company database.
• Provide recommendations within the team and collaborate with other internal departments.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of underwriting or business‑related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
