Turn Assistant – University Station (Student Living)

About the role

The Turn Assistant supports Greystar's leasing and maintenance teams during the apartment turn season at University Station. This role combines administrative support with light maintenance tasks to ensure units are ready for new student residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform office admin duties such as copying, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments.
• Assist with lease preparation, move‑in and move‑out processes by printing paperwork and organizing lease files.
• Conduct on‑campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic.
• Support resident events, including welcome parties and unit visits, to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Perform touch‑up painting, caulking, and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers in vacant and occupied units.

Required profile

• Ability to handle both administrative and physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexibility to work varied hours during turn season.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.

Required skills

• Basic office equipment operation (copying, filing, printing).
• Light maintenance abilities such as pressure‑washing, painting, and caulking.
• General cleaning and trash removal.
