Turn Assistant – Student Living at Haven

About the role

The Turn Assistant supports the leasing and maintenance teams at Haven at M, a student‑living community managed by Greystar. This position combines administrative assistance with hands‑on property upkeep to ensure a smooth turn‑over season for apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform office tasks such as copying, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments.
• Assist with lease preparation, move‑in and move‑out processes by printing paperwork and maintaining lease files.
• Conduct on‑campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic.
• Support resident events, welcome parties, unit visits, and other programs to boost resident satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, cleaning, and painting curbs and signage.
• Perform touch‑up painting, caulking, and sealing in vacant and occupied units, focusing on windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative duties.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and pressure‑washing.
• Customer‑service orientation to interact with residents and support event coordination.
• Flexibility to work both in the office and on‑site during turn‑over periods.
