Trust & Safety AI Trainer (Remote, $140‑$160/hr)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Trust & Safety professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as remote AI Trainers. You will help shape the next generation of large language models by creating and evaluating realistic industry‑specific safety scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Generate realistic scenarios related to sexual content, violence, self‑harm, and hate for media, entertainment, and gaming contexts.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs and identify nuanced safety, risk, and policy edge cases.
• Apply detailed annotation guidelines and add structured metadata to each example.
• Document classification decisions with clear rationale and review work for consistency and realism.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve safety classifiers and model performance.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of professional experience in trust & safety, content policy, community operations, platform integrity, or child safety.
• Background in digital platforms, gaming, social media, or entertainment organizations.
• Senior titles such as Senior Trust & Safety Lead, Platform Policy Manager, or Head of Child Safety Policy.
• Strong written communication, analytical abilities, and capacity to evaluate ambiguous scenarios.
• U.S.-based professional.
