About the role
The firm is seeking a full‑time, Michigan‑licensed attorney to support its trial team in medical malpractice cases. You will work closely with senior trial lawyers, providing research, drafting, and motion practice assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, complaints, and motions.
- Assist trial lawyers with motion practice and case preparation.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure timely delivery of legal documents.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of medical malpractice litigation and trial experience.
- J.D. from an ABA‑approved law school.
- Member in good standing of the Michigan Bar.
Required skills
- Impeccable legal research abilities.
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and respond to support staff needs.
