About the role

Join PwC's Finance Consulting team as a Manager leading the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems, specifically FIS. You will drive productivity and effectiveness across client financial processes while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, deployment, and enhancement of FIS Treasury Management Systems.
• Improve client financial process productivity and effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project success.
• Identify improvement areas and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience advising organizations on treasury process efficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with cash and debt management processes.
• Ability to conduct workshops with diverse business stakeholders.
