Treasury Banking Coordinator (Remote, US)

About the role

Anywhere Real Estate is looking for a remote Treasury Banking Coordinator to manage enterprise‑wide bank accounts and support the company’s title business. The role works closely with Operations, Tax, Accounting, Legal and external banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain bank accounts, including signer changes and online access.
• Partner with HR and finance leaders to verify bank account signers.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of the bank account database with business unit controllers.
• Perform user access reviews and support positive‑pay exception processing.
• Facilitate audit inquiries, stop‑payment requests, and secure insight paperwork.
• Assist senior Treasury team members on strategic initiatives and system implementation projects.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate virtually.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple projects.

Required skills

• Bank account administration experience.
• Familiarity with banking documentation and domestic/international KYC requirements.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems and banking portals.
• Understanding of corporate finance and accounting controls.
