About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical‑Surgical care to join our team in Palestine, Texas. You will provide compassionate, patient‑centered care across a variety of medical‑surgical units, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery.

Key responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Educate patients and families on post‑hospital care and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Follow all safety, infection‑control, and regulatory protocols.

Required profile

Current RN license in Texas.
Experience in medical‑surgical nursing.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in fast‑paced environments.
