About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in medical‑surgical care for a 13‑week travel assignment in Palestine, Texas. The position offers 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, providing a steady schedule and competitive weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care on a medical‑surgical unit, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection‑control standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and families during night‑shift hours.

Required profile

• Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure quickly).
• Experience in medical‑surgical nursing preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay in provided housing.
• Availability to work 12‑hour night shifts for the full 13‑week assignment.
• Meet all credentialing and background‑check requirements.
