About the role

Destination Knot is seeking a motivated Travel Customer Representative to join its remote team. You will help clients plan and book memorable travel experiences, providing attentive service through phone, email, and online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries about destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Deliver professional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Research, prepare, and present travel options that match client preferences.
• Assist with reservations, booking confirmations, and itinerary management.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry promotions, supplier resources, and travel trends.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Must be 18+ with a reliable computer and internet connection.
