Travel Advisor – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Travel Advisor to join our Cruise and Vacation Desk team. In this role you will guide customers through selecting and booking their next vacation, building lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing and managing cruise and vacation packages.
• Provide personalized recommendations and answer travel‑related questions.
• Close sales and follow up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate records using office computer systems and phone tools.
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about travel and eager to help others plan trips.
• Comfortable working in an office environment with computer and phone.
• Strong communicator with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player who can also work autonomously.
