Travel Advisor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to help train and evaluate AI‑powered chatbots. In this remote contractor role you will apply your expertise in travel content, writing and editing to improve the performance of conversational models.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the generated outputs.
• Measure progress of each model against quality benchmarks.
• Identify logical errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in the chatbot responses.
• Provide detailed feedback to guide model refinements.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to prioritize improvements.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Strong background as a Travel Advisor or similar role with proven writing and editing skills.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
