Travel Advisor – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to help train and improve AI chatbots that assist travelers. In this remote, independent‑contractor position you will apply your expertise in writing, editing, and content development to evaluate AI outputs, measure progress, and refine model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their results.
- Assess the correctness, style, and overall quality of AI‑generated content.
- Identify logical gaps or errors in chatbot responses and propose improvements.
- Track performance metrics to gauge model advancement over time.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
