Transportation Supervisor

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor supports the Transportation Manager in delivering smooth, efficient ground‑based services for RED Car USVI. The role combines administrative, scheduling, and reconciliation duties while fostering an inclusive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for all transportation requests, including private VIP transfers and cruise‑ship updates in FareHarbor.
• Create and load the weekly dispatch schedule for drivers, vehicles and dispatchers into Paycom, and assign trips in TripWorks.
• Review next‑day bookings, confirm assignments via the Red Transportation Chat, and coordinate group guest movements with the DMC team.
• Drive vehicles and perform dispatch duties as directed, and assist with ground logistics for goods and associates.
• Monitor daily under‑payment reports, manage AMEX Buoy Haus bookings, reconcile invoices with TripWorks, and prepare monthly usage reports.
• Report employee or vendor issues to the Transportation Manager and maintain clear communication with the Call Center, vendors and guests.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and reports.
• Experience in transportation or logistics administration, including driver and vehicle coordination.
• Ability to handle financial reconciliation and invoice processing.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to an inclusive workplace culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Paycom payroll and scheduling system.
• Experience using TripWorks for driver and vehicle assignments.
• Familiarity with FareHarbor for cruise‑ship operation updates.
• Knowledge of AMEX Buoy Haus program handling and reporting.
