Transportation Logistics Coordinator (Hybrid, New Grads Welcome)

About the role

Uber Freight is looking for a detail‑oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join its hybrid team in Exton, PA. This entry‑level position supports day‑to‑day freight operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently, on time, and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS) and ensure loads are planned, executed, and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor shipments, proactively resolve delays, errors, or carrier challenges.
• Communicate updates and issue resolutions with shipping sites, carriers, and internal teams.
• Manage a high volume of email and system updates, prioritizing urgent requests.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple modes (TL, LTL, rail, bulk, specialized freight) and escalate when needed.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and maintain accurate shipment, rate, and operational data.
• Assist with billing or invoice discrepancy resolution.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across email, TMS, and other systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, 2+ years experience, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience with hazardous material transportation.
