Transport Supervisor

About the role

Roll-Lift USA, Inc. is seeking a Transport Supervisor to lead on‑site operations for heavy cargo projects. You will ensure safe, productive, and efficient execution of transport and rigging activities while acting as the primary liaison between the company, customers, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities at job sites or yards, ensuring compliance with safety and productivity standards.
• Review pre‑job system evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Manage required paperwork such as timesheets, job numbers, inspections, and maintenance requests, securing necessary signatures.
• Represent the company in resolving customer, employee, or contractor concerns professionally.
• Communicate site rules to all personnel and enforce adherence.
• Assist engineering teams with project solutions and interpret engineered drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in transport or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic skidding and gantry systems.
• 3‑5 years experience in transport, rigging operations, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and situational awareness.
• Valid driver’s license for the local jurisdiction.
• Compliance with company competence and training matrix.
