Transfer Pricing - Associate - Summer/Fall 2027

About the role

As a Transfer Pricing Associate joining PwC for the Summer/Fall 2027 term, you will support the Tax practice in developing and implementing inter‑company pricing strategies that comply with global tax regulations. Working closely with senior staff and clients, you will gain hands‑on experience in designing international tax structures and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support transfer pricing engagements.
• Research and interpret transfer pricing regulations to ensure compliance and tax efficiency.
• Assist in the design and implementation of cross‑border tax structures.
• Analyze financial statements to evaluate business performance and risk.
• Prepare client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
