Transaction Services Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in New York City as a Manager. In this role you will work directly with corporate clients and private equity firms, providing well‑structured advice in acquisition and disposal M&A processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence procedures for sales and purchases, identifying issues that could impact the transaction.
• Identify key business drivers and deliver value through reports, presentations and stakeholder discussions.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement activities and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Steer and guide team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Contribute actively to business development and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Transaction Advisory Services/Financial Due Diligence at a Big 4 or similar firm.
• Proven ability to manage teams and projects under senior guidance.
• Strong financial analytical and accounting knowledge, with the ability to translate data into clear reports.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, and willingness to work onsite (4‑5 days per week).
• Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
