Transaction Coordinator Supervisor (Remote, Pacific Time)

About the role

Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a Transaction Coordinator Supervisor to lead a remote team of Client Experience Specialists. The role ensures a seamless transaction process from contract to close for real‑estate agents across the Pacific Time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and orient a team of Client Experience Specialists.
• Manage capacity, workflow, schedules, vacation requests, and timecard approvals.
• Conduct performance reviews and ongoing performance management.
• Act as the first escalation point for specialists, agents, and branch leadership.
• Serve as the knowledge expert on contractual dates, deadlines, tools, and systems.
• Collaborate with regional support, onboarding specialists, and field leadership to increase agent adoption of services.
• Continuously evaluate procedures, analyze feedback, and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of business experience, with 1‑2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior real‑estate and customer‑service experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, paperless environment while maintaining quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People‑first mindset with strong coaching abilities.
