Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist will design and deliver engaging learning experiences for customers and internal teams across a remote environment. This role focuses on improving product knowledge, user adoption, and overall success of innovative software platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials in various formats, including guides, videos, virtual instructor‑led sessions, and self‑paced courses.
• Partner with product managers, subject‑matter experts, and customer‑facing teams to create effective learning solutions.
• Lead virtual, role‑based training sessions for both external customers and internal staff.
• Support onboarding initiatives by delivering product training and learning strategies.
• Create and update curriculum within learning management systems and internal training platforms.
• Train users on new features, system updates, and evolving software capabilities.
• Measure training effectiveness, document results, and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Develop scalable learning resources that drive adoption and internal knowledge growth.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure training aligns with product value propositions and business goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with PHI handling requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping others learn.
