Training Program Administrator

About the role

Advent Services is seeking a Training Program Administrator to support the Air Force Reserve Command’s Mercy Health trauma and medical readiness training program in St. Louis, MO. The role provides comprehensive administrative and program coordination for military personnel training across multiple healthcare locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules, simulation labs, and resources for Air Force Reserve personnel at Mercy Health sites.
• Maintain monthly training rosters, after‑action reports, participant surveys, and present findings at quarterly meetings.
• Provide administrative support including correspondence, filing, database upkeep, room scheduling, and preparation of training packets.
• Manage first‑day registration activities such as badge issuance, scrubs, rosters, and required documentation.
• Develop and maintain the annual training calendar, ensuring deadlines for pre‑arrival paperwork are met.
• Update and review Training Affiliation Agreements, MOAs, and MOUs with civilian and military partners.
• Organize informational tours and visits for dignitaries, public organizations, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration or a related business field.
• Minimum five years of experience as a healthcare administrator, certified project manager, or a comparable role.
• Extensive knowledge of Air Force and professional standards, as well as military and civilian policy guidelines.
• Ability to sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement prior to employment.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business and experience in clinical trauma settings such as ER or ICU.
