Training Manager – Insurance & Financial Services

About the role

We are a growing financial services firm seeking an organized, energetic Training Manager to lead the coordination, delivery, and management of our training programs. The role focuses on developing high‑performing professionals through engaging, well‑structured learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deliver firm‑wide training sessions and orientation programs.
• Recruit and coordinate guest speakers and subject‑matter experts.
• Manage onboarding training for new hires, including enrollment and competency evaluations.
• Track attendance, maintain training records, and ensure compliance documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve training content, schedules, and participant engagement.
• Maintain current training calendars, communications, and learning resources.

Required profile

• Local candidates only with a life‑insurance background.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in training, learning and development, education, or program coordination within the financial services industry.
• Strong organizational, project‑management, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and highly dependable.
