Training Manager – Apartments

About the role

This position leads the full training lifecycle for apartment community teams, ensuring strong product knowledge, sales process mastery, compliance with Fair Housing, and exceptional resident experiences. The manager designs, delivers, and evaluates learning programs that drive performance across sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to prioritize training needs and conduct skill gap analyses.
• Design structured learning experiences using the ADDIE instructional design model.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, support resources, and tools while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, including train‑the‑trainer programs, and coach subject‑matter experts.
• Measure program effectiveness with utilization, satisfaction, KPI, and resident survey metrics, and propose continuous improvements.
• Manage content libraries to ensure quality and relevance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a training leadership or supervisory role.
• Occasional travel (≈10%) and a valid California driver’s license with required vehicle insurance.
