Training & Implementation Lead

About the role

OrthoFi is seeking a Training & Implementation Lead to drive nationwide roll‑outs of its orthodontic software and services. You will partner with orthodontists and practice staff to ensure successful adoption, combining remote system training with on‑site coaching and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end implementation projects, aligning stakeholders, scheduling, and following detailed project plans.
• Deliver several weeks of remote system training and configuration, followed by on‑site training/coaching at orthodontic practices.
• Provide post‑implementation support, collaborating closely with the Adoption and Account Management teams.
• Identify and resolve challenges during implementation, turning obstacles into successful outcomes.
• Maintain documentation of implementation processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with orthodontic professionals.
• Ability to travel to practice sites for on‑site training as needed.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to working full‑time in one of the eligible states (CO, FL, GA, LA, NC, OH, TN, TX).

Required skills

• Experience delivering software training and implementation.
• Familiarity with SaaS products in the healthcare or dental sector.
• Project management capabilities.
