Training & Implementation Consultant – Parts & Service (Fixed Ops)

About the role

Pinewood.AI is seeking an experienced automotive training and implementation professional to lead Parts & Service (Fixed Operations) deployments across North America. You will work directly with dealerships, guiding them through process and system changes while delivering high‑quality training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end implementations of Pinewood.AI for Fixed Ops, from discovery to hypercare.
• Design, adapt and deliver training for technicians, service advisors, directors and general managers, both on‑site and remotely.
• Create and localise training materials for the US market.
• Configure workflows such as service reception, labour pricing, parts inventory, warranty handling and reporting.
• Coach best practices for scheduling, parts ordering, ELR improvement and OEM integrations.
• Lead business change activities including stakeholder alignment, adoption planning and training effectiveness measurement.
• Capture lessons learned, contribute to playbooks and mentor colleagues.
• Collaborate with product, support and delivery teams to resolve issues and improve rollout processes.
• Travel extensively (≈80% of the time) across the United States and Canada.

Required profile

• Significant aftersales/fixed‑operations background with strong exposure to service and parts processes.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation and change management for enterprise software, preferably DMS or fixed‑ops platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi‑site rollouts and influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, analytical and able to prioritise concurrent projects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with major dealership management and fixed‑operations systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, MyKaarma or Xtime.
