Training Facilitator – Army Training Programs

About the role

The Training Facilitator will design, develop, and deliver a variety of instructional programs for Army and government partners. You will work in both in‑person and hybrid environments, using live, virtual, and gaming formats to meet diverse learner needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide classroom, virtual, and hybrid instruction for individual and collective training missions.
• Develop training strategies using Instructional Systems Design (ISD), ADDIE, Design Thinking, and Merrill’s Principles of Instruction.
• Coordinate with garrison, state, and command elements to plan and execute training across multiple sites.
• Utilize Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) and Army Games for Training (GFT) to enhance learner engagement.
• Assess, update, and deliver training products for specialized areas such as cyber, electromagnetic activities, explosive hazards, and counter‑UAS operations.
• Synchronize equipment and resource allocation to support both standard and non‑standard training requirements.
