Training Coordinator

About the role

Mayvin is looking for a proactive Training Coordinator to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Training Division. The role focuses on providing essential administrative assistance to National Training Academy instructors, organizing training materials, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage classes in the USMS Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain name tents, documentation, and administrative paperwork associated with each class.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of information packets.
• Update and organize class folders and electronic records to meet accreditation standards.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare travel memoranda for instructors and participants.
• Coordinate scheduling of training sessions and ensure all logistical needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and training outcomes.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to successfully complete a Background Investigation.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably the USMS LMS.
