Training Consultant

About the role

Practifi is looking for a Training Consultant to help wealth‑management firms get the most out of its Salesforce‑native platform. You will be the primary educator for clients, delivering live and virtual sessions that turn complex features into everyday workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging webinars and workshops based on real wealth‑management use cases.
• Host monthly Power Sessions covering advanced topics such as AI features, Services & Deals, and integrations.
• Travel to strategic clients roughly once a month for onsite, train‑the‑trainer sessions and relationship building.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identify adoption gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain a training calendar with a 95% on‑time delivery rate.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience delivering software or technology training.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Ability to stay calm, curious, and adaptable when plans change.
• Willingness to learn Practifi’s platform quickly and ask insightful questions.
