Trainer – Core and Safety Training for Facility Staff

About the role

Brink’s is seeking a Trainer to deliver core, functional and safety training for hourly staff at assigned facilities. The role ensures new hires and existing employees receive the instruction and certification needed to operate safely and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct core onboarding training for new employees.
• Provide initial and refresher functional training for hourly positions.
• Manage the functional certification process, including training, measurement and testing.
• Deliver safety training and monitor compliance through the LIFE (Learning in Field Experience) program.
• Perform CIT street inspections and observation rides as part of certification.
• Track and report city and state permits, licenses and related training requirements.
• Ensure safety and security equipment (radios, firearms, vests, uniforms) are available and maintained.
• Cross‑train in additional duties and guard liability and assets as needed.
