Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team by acting as the central hub for information, ensuring that cross‑functional initiatives stay on track. This hybrid role blends digital asset management, retailer communication, and project coordination to drive successful product launches and ongoing retail campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to plan and supply daily digital needs for key retailers across the Americas.
• Manage and distribute creative assets, toolkit packages, and PDP assets to support core assortments and new product launches.
• Maintain internal retailer‑specific marketing calendars, track milestones, and update project status.
• Submit creative requests to Creative and Visual Merchandising teams for ads, web banners, in‑store fixtures, and field collateral.
• Organize retailer social requests, audit retailer sites for SKU or asset discrepancies, and monitor launch campaigns and consumer insights.
• Conduct competitive research on retailer websites and social channels, assist with translation requests, and support content‑shoot briefs.
• Handle marketing administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or e‑commerce, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent project management, organization, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Google Drive and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Canva and Figma.
• Experience using Asana or similar project‑management tools.
