Trade Compliance Manager, Master Data & Controls

About the role

The Trade Compliance Master Data & Controls Manager will own the operational framework that ensures Philips Respironics import/export part‑number data, trade documentation, and broker‑facing compliance information are complete, accurate, current, and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Own trade master data governance across SAP, product master systems and broker platforms, establishing standards and audit‑ready controls.
• Synchronize trade compliance data with customs brokers, resolve discrepancies proactively and reduce shipment delays.
• Partner with legal, customs and engineering teams to monitor regulatory changes and drive change‑control processes.
• Lead cross‑functional issue resolution, defining workflows, escalation paths and governance forums.
• Build dashboards, KPIs and SOPs, leveraging automation, analytics and AI to improve data quality and exception handling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, import/export or master‑data governance.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or complex global supply chains (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to influence without direct authority.
